When my Salesperson, Rhonda Schmitt, asked if she could assist me, I had Idea how fortunate I was to be asked that question.  I was getting anxious because this was my third visit to a lighting store for this home renovation project, and so far nothing had really struck me beyond just an, "Okay".  My decorator and I had brought pictures and measurements of where I wanted these ten fixtures but Rhonda made the difference.  Her combination of architectural training and years of experience in knowing her products created a "Mind Meld" in quickly selecting ten beautiful and high quality products.  Later, when manufacturer's issues created split shipments from them, she quickly sorted through missing shades and got them to the site in a timely manner. Among several light fixtures we ordered for a new build, one of a pair of sconces seemed defective, even after asking the electrician to re-install it.  After a few months when my husband tired of jiggling the switch to get it on, I talked with Veronica in customer service.  She responded immediately, asked us to take a few steps requested by the manufacturer and when that didn’t solve the problem, she sought a replacement.  Throughout the process, she communicated effectively, didn’t overpromise, and finally secured a replacement and arranged for no cost return of the defective one.  the fact that we live out of state made no difference.
