Terms & Conditions: 

In order to receive special pricing (and for you to receive your rebate), your clients need to tell our dedicated lighting specialist that you sent them to Urban Lights. VIP Designer clients will receive 50% off List pricing on regular-priced items. The client discount does not apply to all fans, dimmers, nor already reduced merchandise. 

We will bill your clients; orders must be paid in full at the time the order is placed. Urban Lights will store orders for free; label room locations on purchased fixtures, bulbs, fans and fan parts; and provide free metro Denver delivery for the full order (or one partial order will be delivered for free). Please ask your clients to schedule a lighting consultation 3-4 weeks in advance of needing lights. Most items arriving to the store will be freight allowed, although some exclusions apply. If freight applies, your clients will be informed and will be charged the freight cost. Please note that rush orders require added freight to expedite. Anything that is free freight to our store is free to your client. 

Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the client’s receipt of the order and only if items have not been installed, nor altered in any way, and have their original parts and packaging. Special orders will incur a 25% restock fee. Returns made by your client will be deducted from your rebate. Rebates will be paid quarterly based on your client’s order delivery date. Sales tax and freight are not included in your rebate.
